Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.

- Manage receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper stock control.

- Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies.

- Ensure goods are stored safely and warehouse space is properly organized.

- Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.

- Maintain warehouse records, documents, and daily reports.

- Coordinate with purchase, sales, production, transport, and other departments.

- Ensure proper handling of damaged, returned, or expired goods.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance,



and productivity.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
