We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Assistant Manager / Manager Sales to join our growing real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential/commercial real estate projects, managing prospective customers, converting leads into bookings, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales for assigned real estate projects and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and walk-ins.
- Conduct project presentations, property/site visits, and sales negotiations.
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, CRM, legal, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and property consultants.
- Track sales pipelines, lead status, conversions,



and revenue performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market/customer insights to management.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, documentation, and customer service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/ Post graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5- 10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, in residential or commercial projects.
- Robust understanding of the real estate sales cycle and local property market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
