nnThe Assitant Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Polymer Compounds and MB division.

nn Key Responsibilities

nn Market & Competitor Understanding:

- Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.

- Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.

nn Sales & Product Support:

- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.
n
- Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
n
- Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.
n

nn Sales Planning & Execution:

nn

- Execute territory wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
n
- Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.

nn Customer Relationship Management:

nn

- Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.

- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

nn Reporting & CRM Management

nn

- Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).
n
- Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.
n

nn Channel Sales Support

nn

n
- Work with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.
n
- Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining solid channel alignment.
