Educational Qualification

- M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) – Completed with specilization Pharmacognosy & Pharmacology.
- Candidates should have a valid PCI-recognized qualification.
- Candidates must fulfill the applicable PCI and University norms for the position.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Pharmacy College/Institution.
- Experience in teaching B.Pharm/D.Pharm students will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective lectures and practical sessions for Pharmacy students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct laboratory practicals and provide proper guidance to students.
- Evaluate students through internal assessments, assignments, examinations, and practicals.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, internal marks, lesson plans, and other departmental documentation.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Guide students in projects, seminars, presentations, and academic activities.




- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and institutional events.
- Assist in maintaining PCI, University, and departmental documentation and records.
- Contribute to academic development, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the HOD and other faculty members for smooth academic operations.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the HOD/Principal.

- Strong subject knowledge in Pharmacy.
- Good teaching and practical laboratory skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in academic documentation and MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and commitment to academic excellence.

Preferred Qualities

- Good knowledge of PCI regulations and academic requirements.
- Research publications and participation in conferences/seminars will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling academic and departmental responsibilities will be preferred.
