About the Position

Rama University, Kanpur is seeking motivated, academically driven, and passionate Management professionals to join its Faculty of Commerce & Management as Assistant Professor – Management .

The selected candidate will contribute to excellence in teaching, student mentoring, academic activities, and research while creating an engaging and industry-oriented learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures for UG and PG Management programmes .
- Develop course plans, teaching materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Facilitate practical, case-based, and industry-oriented learning.
- Guide students in projects, internships, presentations, and research activities.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, FDPs, and departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
- Support research activities and scholarly publications.
- Undertake examination, documentation, and other academic responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria




- MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree in Management or a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/institution.
- UGC-NET/SET/SLET preferred, as applicable under prevailing norms.
- Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
