Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in Finance, HR, and Marketing. The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned specialization areas, creating lesson plans, and using diverse pedagogical methods to support learner engagement.

Responsibilities include conducting lectures, seminars, and tutorials; guiding learners on projects, internships, and research work; and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments in Finance, HR, and Marketing. The faculty member will participate in curriculum development, academic assessment, and quality assurance processes,



as well as contribute to institutional activities such as academic committees, events, and industry outreach. Additional responsibilities include mentoring learners, supporting placements through industry collaboration, and engaging in research, publications, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Teaching, Research, Mentoring and Coordination skills, with experience in higher education or management studies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective classroom delivery, learner mentoring, and academic collaboration.
- Candidates should possess appropriate skills, particularly for teaching quantitative aspects of Finance and related subjects.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With young adults, demonstrating patience, inclusivity, and learner-centered teaching.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications such as MBA, PGDM, or Master’s in Finance, HR, Marketing, or related fields; a PhD or active progress toward a PhD is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated academic or industry experience in Finance, Human Resources, and/or Marketing, including teaching, research, or professional practice.
- Ability to use educational technology, learning management systems, and digital tools to enhance teaching and assessment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to contribute to research, publications, and institutional development initiatives.
