US, Canada and India. We are keen on expansion in India and want to bring an Assistant Preschool Teacher on board.

Objective:

To be responsible for providing support to the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children.

Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice.

Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, informing parents of their children s progress and other activities.

Help to create a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting.

Assist with daily classroom management, including guiding children in following routines,

managing transitions, and addressing behavioral issues.





Provide a warm and caring presence for children and build positive relationships with them and their families.

Attend staff meetings and professional development training as required.

Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow.

Engaging in active play with children.

Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents. Requirements and skills.

Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods.

Requirements:

Education- preferably certified in early years education

Experience - Internships or 0 to 1+ years experience required in pre-primary teaching.

Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player, Cool-tempered and positive attitude, firm but kind personality, enthusiastic,
