Role Description The Assistant Manager Value Expert – Used Vehicle role is a full-time. The role involves conducting detailed inspections of used vehicles, assessing their condition, and preparing valuation reports in line with company standards and client requirements.

The Assistant

Manager will coordinate with banks, insurance companies, and other clients to schedule inspections, clarify valuation findings, and support decision-making on vehicle funding or insurance. Daily responsibilities include verifying documentation, capturing accurate data and images, updating internal systems,



and ensuring timely submission of reports. The role also includes supporting quality control, maintaining compliance with company guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including used vehicle assessment, inspection procedures, and basic mechanical understanding.
- Proficiency in data collection and report preparation, with attention to detail and accuracy in valuation documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and field staff in a professional manner.
- Ability to use digital tools and applications for inspection logging, image capture, and online report submission.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inspections, meet deadlines, and maintain service quality.
- Relevant experience in automobile valuation, insurance survey, or related fields is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Alwar and travel locally as required for inspections.
