Role Description The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition Human Resources will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support the company’s growth objectives. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

The role includes maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, and supporting employer branding initiatives in line with organizational culture.

The Assistant

Manager will also assist with HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and HR data management, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.



Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in recruitment drives, and providing recruitment analytics and reports to leadership are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations and documentation, including onboarding processes and compliance with labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management, reporting, and use of HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at multiple organizational levels.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment mandates and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or quick-growing industries, will be beneficial.
