Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), control plans, and 8D reports for defect prevention.
- Develop new products by defining product requirements, creating specifications, and designing prototypes.
- Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Assist in development and launch of current products as per customer requirements and APQP guidelines
- Interact with suppliers for raw materials, bought-out components, and tooling development
- Exposure to machining processes (turning, milling, VMC operations)
