Responsible for managing the complete customer journey after booking, including customer communication, documentation, payment follow-up, legal coordination, loan assistance and registration support. Acts as the key coordination point between customers, sales, accounts, legal, documentation, banks and management.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant real estate experience Mandatory.
- Experience in CRM / Post Sales / Customer Relationship Management – Preferred.
- Experience in residential plots, plotted development or land development –Preferred.
- Practical knowledge of property documentation, agreements and registrations.
