- Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with management to resolve issues.

- Coordinate with site teams, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure properties are properly presented to prospective buyers or tenants.




- Keep updated information on pricing, availability, specifications, amenities,

and offers.

- Assist with property documentation and transaction coordination.
- Reporting &
- Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM records, lead databases, and customer information.
- Track bookings, collections, cancellations, and pending documentation.
- Support the Manager with administrative and operational activities.
- Marketing Support
- Coordinate with marketing teams for property promotions.
- Support online and offline campaigns.
- Monitor lead generation and campaign performance.
- Assist in organizing property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Target &
- Performance Monitoring
- Track sales targets and identify gaps in performance.
- Develop follow-up strategies to improve conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Recommend improvements to the Manager
