About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant HR to support our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Support performance management and learning development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.




- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.

Required Qualifications

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC or corporate environment.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
