Job Summary

We are looking for an ASP.NET + React Developer (Trainee) with 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in web development, internships, training, or hands-on projects.

The ideal candidate should have a basic to good understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, React.js, JavaScript, and SQL Server and be eager to learn and work on real-world web applications.

This is a hands-on development role where you will work with senior developers and contribute to both backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Web API.
- Write SQL queries and work with SQL Server databases.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.
- Understand project requirements and implement assigned development tasks.
- Follow coding standards and best development practices.
- Use Git for source-code management.
- Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum activities.




- Learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Required Technical SkillsBackend – ASP.NET / C#
- Basic to good knowledge of C# and .NET fundamentals.
- Understanding of ASP.NET Core and/or ASP.NET MVC.
- Basic understanding of Web API and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core is preferred.
- Understanding of basic authentication concepts such as JWT or cookies is an advantage.

Frontend – React
- Basic to good knowledge of React.js.
- Understanding of functional components and React Hooks.
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with React Router and API integration.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or any CSS framework is a plus.
- Basic understanding of state management such as Context API or Redux is preferred.

Database
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL Server.
- Understanding of SQL queries, joins, and database relationships.
- Basic knowledge of stored procedures is an advantage.

Tools & Version Control
- Basic experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Basic understanding of Jira or other task-management tools is a plus.





Good to Have The following skills are not mandatory, but will be an advantage:

- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- Exposure to Docker.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Knowledge of unit testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to TypeScript.
- Experience working on academic, internship, freelance, or personal development projects.

Eligibility
- Experience: 3 months to 1.5 years.
- Candidates with relevant internship, training, or hands-on project experience may also apply.
- Educational background in B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in software development and willingness to learn.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite from our Kharadi, Pune office.
