- Opex reduction - Rationalization in Manpower, H&S;, Power, R&M; costs, except OC
- Leverage all inputs - marketing, product, space efficiency & operations - to ensure that new & annualized stores achieve their ABPs
- Set store wise weekly targets and continuously track the 3 most critical Ops KPIs
- Making sure all factors affecting shrinkage is covered to ensure shrinkage control
- To ensure increase in basket size for each customer

Enhancing consumer experience at stores to increase repeat purchase
- Taking required initiatives to ensure consistency in store standards as listed
- Execute store improvement plan to deliver objectives of customer, people efficiency
- Ensure improvement in customer interaction standards by improvements in - Customer service (measured by mystery shopper & complaint resolution,



Cashiering Efficiency)
- Provide product feedback to the category team from the stores & FEC teams for better understanding of customer choices, expectations & the current trends

Ensuring processes compliance at the Store
- Implementation and execution of strong Fire & Safely SOP and proper warehouse management in every store
- To implement regular sales performance tracking and action plan for all employees at the front end
- Ensure a system of Weekly reviews with DMs to achieve week & month objectives. Ensure DMs understand & drive the priorities as set during week ORMs - displays, replenishments, target tracking through goal books, new option displays.
- Focus on Availability of all required Licenses/Acts for store operations, accuracy in salary register maintece/Leave maintece
- To ensure coordination with the category team for stock pushing
- Coordination with the HO/ZO marketing team for ATL/BTL plans

People management in the respective stores
- Ensure training & inputs to equip team in processes & customer handling
- Ensure store develops a culture of training owned by managers - basics mandatory for new joiners & identified as per need for existing team.
- To ensure that stores follow MPM guidelines as per the norms shared
- Succession planning and grooming for ADM/DM. Ensure a well tracked programme to ensure they are competent for the current role
- To ensure the stores in the zones comply with the statutory guidelines and processes
- To ensure continuous people management, engagement & development for reducing attrition
