Role Description The Artist Manager will oversee the professional day-to-day management of content creators within the Creators Gram community in a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing collaborations and brand partnerships, and ensuring smooth communication between creators, internal teams, and external clients.

The Artist

Manager will help shape creators’ personal brands, support campaign planning and execution, and monitor performance metrics to optimize outcomes. The role also involves handling negotiations, contracts, and deliverables, resolving operational issues promptly, and providing strategic guidance to support each creator’s growth and career development. The individual will work closely with the agency’s leadership to align creator activities with broader business goals and maintain a positive, professional representation of the agency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in talent and relationship management, including stakeholder coordination, creator support, and client-facing communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in project and campaign management, such as planning,



organizing workflows, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media and influencer marketing, including platform familiarity (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), content trends, and basic performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation and business communication, including handling contracts, clarifying expectations, and maintaining professional partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse creators and teams.
- Relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, or entertainment industries is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Ghaziabad, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and communicate fluently in English and Hindi (or regional languages, as needed) is advantageous.
