Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and integrate AI-powered solutions across our ERP, E-commerce platform, and Mobile applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work closely with our product and development teams to identify business problems that can be solved using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.

You will be responsible for building scalable AI services, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), developing predictive models, automating workflows, and continuously improving the intelligence of our software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to implement AI across ERP, E-commerce, and Mobile applications.
- Design and develop AI-powered services using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Build and deploy AI microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
- Integrate AI services with our existing Node.js backend and frontend applications.




- Develop and maintain Machine Learning models for forecasting, prediction, recommendations, and business intelligence.
- Build Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Design AI agents to automate repetitive business processes.
- Build data pipelines for AI model training and inference.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data preparation, feature engineering, and analytics.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services in cloud environments.
- Measure model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of skilled software engineering experience with at least 2 years building production AI or Machine Learning applications.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Experience building AI applications using prompt engineering, function calling, and AI agents.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.




- Experience integrating AI services with web or mobile applications.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Cloud deployment experience using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience building recommendation systems.
- Experience with forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Experience developing AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
- Experience with OCR and document intelligence.
- Familiarity with React, React Native, or Node.js applications.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience working on ERP, SaaS, or E-commerce platforms.
