About the Role

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer who can build AI systems that move beyond experimentation into real business applications.

You will work across Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, automation, APIs and intelligent workflows , building solutions that improve how teams research, operate, engage and make decisions.

This is a builder role .

We are looking for someone who doesn't just understand AI — but can design, build, integrate and deploy it.

What You Will Build

- LLM-powered applications and internal AI tools.
- AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for business processes.
- RAG-based systems using enterprise and proprietary data.
- AI-powered research, intelligence and recommendation engines.
- Automated workflows connecting LLMs with business applications.
- Structured data extraction and classification systems.
- AI assistants and copilots for internal teams.
- APIs and backend services powering AI applications.
- Evaluation and monitoring systems for AI-generated outputs.
- Rapid prototypes for new AI use cases.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop and deploy production-ready AI solutions.
- Work with leading LLMs and Generative AI platforms.
- Build and optimize prompt chains, agent workflows and tool-calling systems .
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Integrate AI models with APIs, databases and existing applications.
- Evaluate models for accuracy, latency, reliability and cost.
- Develop guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve output quality.
- Build scalable backend services for AI applications.
- Experiment with new models, frameworks and AI infrastructure.
- Translate business problems into deployable AI solutions.
- Work directly with leadership and functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Document architectures, experiments and deployment processes.

What We Are Looking For




- Strong proficiency in Python .
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and Generative AI.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or equivalent technologies .
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience building APIs and backend applications.
- Knowledge of databases, cloud infrastructure and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management and structured outputs.
- Familiarity with AI agents, function/tool calling and multi-step AI workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience deploying AI applications into production will be a significant advantage.

The objective is to identify where AI can create measurable improvements in speed, intelligence, automation and scale .
