Role Summary

We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Amazon Bedrock, AWS Textract, and AI automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI applications and agent-based workflows. This is a coding-first role, focused on building intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI services with enterprise systems, and implementing CI/CD pipelines using contemporary DevOps and GitOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI/ML application development, automation, or cloud-native development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, including foundation models, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and agent development.
- Experience building agent-based automation workflows using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore or similar AI agent frameworks.




- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, agent decision-making, tool/function calling, memory management, and AI workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Textract for intelligent document processing, OCR, data extraction, and document analysis solutions.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevOps, GitOps, security best practices, and production deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
