Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Consultant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves designing and advising on AI solutions that enhance VR and AR learning experiences, including pattern recognition, machine learning, and natural language processing applications. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing educational and learner data, identifying opportunities for AI-driven personalization, prototyping models, and collaborating with product, engineering, and pedagogy teams to integrate AI into the platform.

The consultant will provide strategic guidance on AI architecture, evaluate tools and frameworks,



document technical recommendations, and support experimentation and validation of AI features. The role also includes staying current with AI advancements in EdTech and translating complex concepts into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Machine Learning skills, including experience with model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Pattern Recognition for analyzing learner behavior and educational content.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to gather requirements, frame AI solutions, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience applying AI in education, VR/AR environments, or interactive learning platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages, and familiarity with common ML/NLP frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a part-time, hybrid setup.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
