nDetective Monkey Education & Careers Pvt. Ltd. is an IIT Guwahati and STPI-incubated startup building an integrated education ecosystem for schools. Our solutions include school LMS and ERP platforms, smartboards, customised notebooks, digital services, career counselling programmes, and student-development initiatives.

nWe are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven field sales professionals who want to build meaningful partnerships with schools and grow alongside an emerging EdTech company.

nKokrajhar | Shillong | Nagaon | Jorhat | Tinsukia | Dhemaji

nRole: Area Sales & School Partnership Manager

nCTC: ₹4–8 LPA

nJob Type: Full time | Field Sales

nWhat You'll Do:

n• Visit schools and connect with principals, directors, and management teams

n• Promote and sell our LMS, smartboards, customised notebooks, and other educational products

n• Build school collaborations for student counselling and career-guidance seminars

n• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations

n• Generate leads, build relationships, negotiate proposals, and close sales





n• Achieve monthly sales and school partnership targets

n• Represent Detective Monkey and help expand our presence across Northeast India

nMandatory Requirements:

nPersonal two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

nLaptop or tablet for product presentations

nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

nWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

nAbility to work independently and achieve targets

nCandidates with experience in EdTech, institutional sales, school products, B2B sales, or educational services will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and strong local networks may also apply.
