Role & responsibilities

- Assign and track Primary & Secondary Sales Targets for the team and review performance periodically.

- Ensure effective beat planning and productivity management for Sales Officers (SO) and TSI.

- Monitor sales performance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy effectively to improve market reach.

- Conduct market and category analysis and implement action plans to drive sales.

- Supervise sales promotions, merchandising, retail visibility, and branding activities.

- Manage, train, and mentor Sales Officers and act as a trainer for TSI teams.

- Evaluate territory, distributor, and key outlet performance to ensure sales growth.

- Expand the distribution network and monitor distributor financial health & monthly NOC compliance.





- Ensure effective stock management at distributor points and coordinate with C&FA.;

- Manage claim settlements and share sales tracking reports with RSM/ZSM.

- Monitor competition and provide market intelligence to the central team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Perfume, Cosmetics, FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care Industry.

- Strong experience in distributor management, general trade, and team handling.
