Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new OEM and industrial customers across Gujarat, with a focus on Ahmedabad.

- Generate recent business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customer accounts.

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and develop business opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with Purchase, Production, Quality and R&D; teams of OEM customers.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute business plans for key OEM accounts.

- Increase product penetration and market share within assigned territory.

- Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

- Monitor sales pipeline, customer development and provide accurate sales forecasts.

- Support product trials, technical discussions and new product introductions at customer locations.





Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / B.E./B.Tech preferred; Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering background will be an advantage. 5-10 years of experience in B2B/OEM/Industrial Sales or Business Development.

- Candidates with experience in Paints, Coatings, Chemicals, Construction Materials or related industrial products preferred.

- Should have experience in new customer acquisition and key account management.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Experience dealing with OEM/manufacturing customers and their Purchase, Quality, Production or R&D; teams will be preferred.

- Should be comfortable with field sales and regular travel across Gujarat.
