Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop distributor/dealer networks across Odisha.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.
- Track inventory, sales performance, and market-wise business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.
- Ensure timely collection and control outstanding payments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide business updates to management.
