About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and other business partners while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the allocated territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and generate sales.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback,



competitor information, and business updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Take ownership of the assigned territory and ensure sustainable business growth.

Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in dealer and distributor network management.
- Good understanding of market development and territory management.
- Ability to identify recent business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with relevant experience in Furniture, MDF, Plywood, Laminate, Decorative Products, Floor Furniture, Building Materials, or related industries will be preferred.
