Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic Freshers for the role of Field Sales Executive in Morwadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad. If you possess strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English, along with a drive to kickstart a career in sales, this role is for you. You will map local markets, meet potential clients in person, present product offerings, and build business relationships across PCMC and Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Client Interaction: Conduct field visits to commercial establishments, industrial offices, or business owners across Morwadi and PCMC.
- Product Presentations: Deliver explicit product/service pitches in the client's preferred language (Marathi, Hindi, or English).
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify local business opportunities, handle customer queries, and secure new client registrations or sales orders.
- Relationship Building: Establish a positive rapport with customers to encourage long-term business and referrals.




- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily logs of client visits, feedback, and sales leads, submitting updates to the sales management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or any Graduate degree (Freshers welcome).
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Mobility: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driver's license for local daily travel in PCMC.
- Attributes: Confident demeanor, eagerness to learn on-field sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.
