Position: Area Sales Executive

Education: Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma – Agriculture, Mechanical, or related field

Location: PUNJAB,UP, BIHAR, GUJARAT, RAJASTHAN, CHATTISGARH,WEST BENGAL, KARNATAKA, TAMIL NADU, ODISSA, ANDHRA PRADESH, TELANGANA ETC.

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for agricultural implements.
- Generate recent dealers and expand market coverage.
- Visit dealers, distributors, farmers, and key customers regularly.
- Promote products such as Rotavator, Potato Digger, Plough, Cultivator, Seed Drill, Mulcher, Slasher, Hay Rake, Power Weeder, etc.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.




- Ensure dealer-wise sales, stock, collections, and secondary sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Service, and Accounts teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of agriculture machinery / farm implements.
- Strong dealer and distributor network management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of local agricultural markets and farmer requirements is preferred.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
