Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruitment of Manpower (FSM & UH)
- Manage relationship with Bank Hierarchy
- Planning and Adherence to area activity calendar (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Organize, Conduct and Review Lead generation activities with Banca Partners
- Organize, Conduct and Review customer engagement activities in the area
- Leads Management (Generation, Allocation and Fulfilment)
- Tracking of allocated leads till closure, login and issuance
- Support sales team on the field through joint calls
- Impart training to the unit sales team for higher efficiency
- Ensure Business quality through proper due diligence
- Tracking of Renewal Business Collection as per plan
- Conducting Periodic Performance Review of Area Heads
- Share reports and MIS within prescribed timelines.

Key Performance Indicators

- Achievement of Recent Business target as per plan
- Maintain Renewal Persistency as per benchmark
- Ensure manpower on boarding as per budget
- Achieve targeted FLS Activation and Productivity
- Manage business leakage within acceptable standards
- Adherence to Activity Score Card Metrics at Unit Level
- Sales Team growth and development as per plan




- Training and Certification of self as per learning roadmap
- Qualification - Minimum Graduate or equivalent. MBA preferred
- Experience - Minimum 5-10 years in Insurance Sales
- Skills Required - Self-Discipline, Leadership, Networking, Selling, Servicing
- Age - Up to 50 years.

Candidate Profile

- Branch/Unit Leaders/Supervisors in Insurance Industry
- Area/Cluster Leaders/Supervisors in Insurance Industry
- Experience in Life Insurance - Bancassurance (BANCA) channel
- Strong experience in Open Architecture preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- For Pune, candidates should preferably be residing near Baner / Kothrud, as the role will involve handling these branches
- For Mumbai, candidates should preferably be residing near Vashi / Panvel / Vasai / Virar, as the role will involve handling these branches.
- For Gujarat, candidates should preferably be residing near Ahmedabad / Surat / Mehsana, as the role will involve handling these branches.
