Job Title: Area Business Manager

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year fixed + incentives

About the Role

We are hiring an Area Business Manager to drive franchise expansion across the Vidarbha region. This is a high-ownership, field-based role where you will identify franchise prospects, convert them into partners, and build our pharmacy franchise network across your assigned territory.

What You Will Do

- Generate franchise leads and convert prospects into franchise partners through structured presentations and follow-up
- Identify new locations suitable for franchise expansion across the Vidarbha region
- Conduct franchise opportunity presentations and close franchise registrations
- Coordinate recent store setup and onboarding with the Franchise Development Manager
- Ensure newly onboarded stores are activated within defined timelines with welcome stock in place
- Supervise and guide Franchise Development Managers on onboarding execution quality
- Monitor early-stage franchise store performance and take corrective action where needed

Who We Are Looking For





- 4–8 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, channel sales, or franchise recruitment
- Background in Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Cement, or Franchise businesses preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Local candidate from Vidarbha region strongly preferred — knowledge of local market and language (Marathi / Hindi) is an advantage
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Nagpur, Bhandara, Buldhana, and Washim districts
- Self-driven with a hunter mindset — thrives on opening new markets
