Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD and be able to convert architectural concepts and sketches into detailed working drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Convert architects' sketches and concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare construction and working drawings for project execution.
- Make revisions and modifications based on design and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Take site measurements and update drawings when required.
- Maintain proper drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.




- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Candidates with residential/commercial construction project experience will be preferred
