Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Architect / Technical Manager with strong full-stack expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and .NET . The ideal candidate will drive architecture, lead engineering teams, and actively contribute to development.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive scalable architecture for web applications
- Hands-on development across frontend and backend
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers
- Design and build high-performance SSR/SSG applications using Next.js
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD
- Collaborate with product and business teams for solution delivery
- Ensure performance,



security, and scalability of applications

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)
- Backend: Node.js, Python, .NET Core
- Deep understanding of:
- Modern React patterns (hooks, context, state management)
- Next.js routing, middleware, and performance optimization
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Leadership & Management

- Experience leading engineering teams (5–15 members)
- Strong mentoring, code review, and design review skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Experience in booking/travel/e-commerce platforms
- Exposure to data platforms or event-driven systems
