Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect / Project Architect who can handle architectural design, planning, working drawings and project coordination. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of residential and commercial projects and be comfortable working on projects from the design stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Develop residential, commercial and mixed-use building designs as per project requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using software such as SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants wherever required.
- Understand and apply applicable building bye-laws, development regulations and National Building Codes.
- Prepare design concepts, space planning and presentation drawings.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams and contractors for project-related requirements.
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on client, consultant and site requirements.




- Assist in monitoring projects from design development through execution.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with the site team to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings and revisions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Good understanding of architectural planning and working drawings.
- Knowledge of building bye-laws and relevant codes.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle drawings and assigned projects.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should have practical experience in architectural design, planning, working drawings and 3D modelling, with the ability to coordinate with consultants and site teams.

Portfolio is required for evaluation of design and technical capabilities.

Pay: ₹18,399.01 - ₹50,000.00 per month
