Architect Job Duties - APPLY Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations;

- gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements;
- confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems;
- coordinate installation, configuration, and support of the LAN, WAN,
- and internet system; coordinate operation of master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use; assist lower level programmers in the design, configuration, and testing of computer hardware, networking software and operating system software;
- monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability; diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software,



or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary;
- and utilize the following tools: Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Veritas NetBackup, Cisco switches, Emulex, Powerpath,
- CLARiiON CX, DATA ONTAP, EMC, DMX, SRDF, Mirrorview, Celerra, NetApp, and related tools.

Minimum Education Qualifications

Master degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Networks, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

- Experience
- Three (3) years of experience in the position above, or as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in a related occupation;
- Other Requirements Experience must include work with CLARiiON CX, DATA ONTAP, EMC, and NetApp.
