Job Title: AR Calling - Physician Billing

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 15 Years in AR / Physician Billing

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle US healthcare physician billing and accounts receivable (AR).
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and pending claims.
- Identify and resolve claim denials and payment issues.
- Submit appeals and required documents for denied claims.
- Check claim status through payer portals and calls.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and understand payment details.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of US Healthcare RCM / Physician Billing.
- Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, HMO,



and Commercial Insurance.
- Ability to understand EOBs and ERAs.
- Good English communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Location: Chennai CTC Range: 2.5 - 4.8 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Preferred
