Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Jodhpur with immediate joining.

The Aptitude

Trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic verbal ability to college students and early-career job seekers.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting engaging practice sessions, clarifying doubts, and assessing participant progress through tests and feedback. The role involves collaborating with the training team to refine content, align with placement requirements,



and ensure consistent quality of instruction. The trainer will also support students with exam strategies, interview preparation related to aptitude rounds, and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down concepts into simple, teachable steps.
- Effective classroom facilitation and public speaking skills, with the confidence to address groups and manage learner engagement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with presentations, online tools, and digital content delivery platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured training methodologies, and adapt content based on student needs.
- Entry-level role: prior teaching or mentoring experience is welcome but not mandatory; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in training, career development, and supporting students in their placement journey.
