Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment posting discrepancies.
- Identify and address root causes of denials by analyzing claim data and collaborating with internal teams.
- Utilize US Healthcare knowledge to navigate complex medical billing processes and regulations.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints related to AR calling activities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Calling (AR Calling) or similar role in the US Healthcare industry.
- Robust understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing high-volume phone conversations with patients, providers, or insurance companies.
