About the Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Scientist who can design, prototype, and ship agent-based

AI products. This is a hands-on agentic AI scientist role. The candidate will work across chat agents, voice agents, multilingual AI, workflow automation, and multimodal systems, and will be expected to take ideas from concept to production.

This is not a research-only role nor a pure media or content role. The focus is on building AI systems embedded inside real products.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and ship chat, voice, and multimodal AI agents integrated into production products.
- Design agent workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and state.
- Implement voice pipelines, including ASR, TTS, turn-taking, and interruptions.
- Work on Indian language voice agents, including latency and quality tuning.
- Develop workflow automation logic driven by agents.
- Build task execution systems where agents plan, act, and verify outcomes.
- Design and implement media and martech agents as part of product features.
- Build persona-based systems for content, campaigns, and engagement.
- Implement agent moderation and control mechanisms.
- Add observability, logging, and debugging for AI behavior.
- Reduce hallucinations and failure modes through system design.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science or related field from one of the premier insWtutes in India/Abroad. IIT/IIIT/ISI/RECs would be preferred.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applicaWons.




- Experience with chat agents or conversaWonal systems.
- Understanding of tool calling, agent loops, memory, and state.
- Experience integraWng AI APIs and MCP’s into backend or product workflows.
- Familiarity with voice AI systems or solid interest in building them.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features.
- Strong debugging mindset for real-world AI failures.
- Should be comfortable in working in fast-moving product environments.
- Strong AI engineering background is a must.

- Indian language NLP or speech systems.
- Workflow automaWon or agent orchestraWon frameworks.
- RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Martech, CLM, campaign automaWon, or ad-tech workflows.
- Persona-based content or personalizaWon systems.
- SaaS products with real users and scale constraints.

What this role is not about?

To be explicit, this role is not for someone who only:

- Writes prompts without shipping systems.
- Builds AI demos without producWon integraWon.
- Focuses only on standalone media creaWon.
- Wants to work purely on research without execuWon.
