Technical Competencies

- Expertise in Automotive Systems and Automotive Product Development.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Stamping, Die Casting, and Injection Molding.

- Strong understanding of Engine & Engine Subsystems, including EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), PDP, and Emission Control Systems.

- Hands-on experience with DFSS, ECM, DVVP, Prototype Control Plan, and Prototype Sample Development.

- Experience in Product Testing, Hypothesis Verification, and Validation Activities.

- Working knowledge of GD&T;, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, BOM Management, and Engineering Change Management.

- Strong Problem Solving, Communication, and Project Management skills.

- Ability to evaluate Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) and convert them into technical solutions.

- Understanding of Emission Norms, regulatory requirements, and related automotive variables.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead customer technical discussions, deliver technical presentations, support sales pitches, and address customer technical queries.

- Provide technical sales support during commercial discussions and current business acquisition.

- Conduct technical feasibility studies, market research, and business case analysis for new product opportunities.





- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with customer requirements, market trends, and business strategy.

- Analyze market trends, competitor products, regulatory changes, and emerging automotive technologies.

- Collaborate with R&D; and Advanced Engineering teams to develop next-generation automotive products and technologies.

- Identify opportunities to introduce products such as Electric Pumps, EGR Systems, Control Boxes, and other automotive components into OEM platforms.

- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development and technical validation of new product concepts.

- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Capture the Voice of Customer (VoC) and translate customer feedback into product improvements and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, white papers, feasibility reports, engineering documentation, and customer proposals.
