Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide high-quality patient care as an anaesthetist during surgical procedures.

- Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and monitor patients' vital signs during surgery.

- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth execution of surgical operations.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in anesthesiology and implement new techniques to improve patient outcomes.

- Develop and implement protocols for patient management and safety.

- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification in Anaesthesiology.

- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and critical care medicine.

- Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases.
