We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Consultant to join our team and play a key role in implementing and optimizing Anaplan solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Anaplan model building, business process transformation, and data integration. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver high-quality Anaplan implementations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Anaplan models and solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Anaplan functional specifications.
- Build and maintain complex Anaplan models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business needs.
- Design and implement data integration processes between Anaplan and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of Anaplan models.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Anaplan solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models and data integration, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Anaplan models, processes, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features, best practices, and industry trends, applying them to enhance solutions.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to deliver successful Anaplan projects.

Must Have Skills :

- Extensive experience in Anaplan model building, including the design, development, and implementation of complex models.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.
- Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Anaplan implementation project.
- Expertise in data integration between Anaplan and other systems, using ETL tools and APIs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Anaplan functional specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot Anaplan model and integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct effective user training and create detailed documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Anaplan certification (e.g., Anaplan Certified Model Builder, Solution Architect).
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
- Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with other enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or IBM Cognos.
