Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Chat

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns through chat.

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.

Understand customer issues and resolve them effectively.

Maintain a professional and polite communication with customers.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Ensure a valuable customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Good written English communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple chat conversations.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer support or chat support is preferred, but freshers may also be considered.
