Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Designer with deep expertise in designing and delivering GenAI-powered enterprise solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with No-Code, Low-Code, and Pro-Code delivery models, and designing single- and multi-agent AI systems leveraging diverse LLMs for automation, insights, and intelligent experiences. Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A.

Experience in other hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud will be considered a strong advantage.

The candidate must also be proficient in leading cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and testers, and confident in engaging with business stakeholders and customers to drive AI strategy and solution adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design &

• Architecture

- Architect and design scalable AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft's AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and Power Platform.
- Build reusable blueprints and accelerators for agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge-grounded workflows, AI-driven automations, and enterprise integrations.
- Define API, data, and integration architecture with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Collaboration tools, and Data Platforms).

End-to-End Delivery

- Lead full lifecycle delivery: design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions.
- Utilize No-Code (Power Platform), Low-Code, and Pro-Code (Python, APIs, AI frameworks, Azure services) for implementation.
- Ensure robustness through governance, security, model evaluation, AIOps/LLMOps, performance optimization, and token-cost control.

Team Leadership &

• Collaboration





- Lead and mentor AI solution developers, data engineers, and testers across delivery engagements.
- Work closely with Solution architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with objectives.

Customer Engagement &

• Advisory

- Lead technical and business conversations with clients to map requirements and shape AI-led transformation strategies.
- Advise on GenAI adoption, AI strategy, use-case prioritization, architecture best practices, responsible AI, governance, and platform roadmaps.

Required Skills &

• Qualifications

- 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in AI/GenAI Solution Design.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI stack:
- Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML,
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI/CoPilot Agents)
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API & integration architecture

- Deep experience with agentic &

• LLM orchestration frameworks, including:

- LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
- MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent frameworks)

- Strong experience in designing:

- Single- and Multi-Agent Systems
- RAG architectures and Knowledge-Grounded AI
- Automation agents, decision agents, and multimodal AI
- Insight generation & conversational AI solutions

- Good understanding of:

- LLMOps/AIOps pipelines & monitoring
- Token optimization &

- Security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
- Certifications in Azure AI/Cloud.
- Understanding of data engineering and pipelines (Spark, Data Factory, Fabric).
