JD – AI Solution Architect

· Overall experience should be 10+years and 6 years of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Hands‑on experience building AI/ML pipelines.

- Designs scalable, secure, and resilient AI solutions by applying enterprise architecture principles, cloud-native technologies, data platforms, and AI engineering best practices to deliver sustainable business value.

· The AI solution architect is responsible for leading and designing the intelligent, autonomous agentic AI solutions that go beyond traditional AI to deliver measurable business value. · This role takes concept from the early discovery and pre-study phases and transforms them into working prototypes, proofs of concept and production components.

· This role will also combine solid AI engineering skills with practical experience integrating APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and cloud services.

· Champions innovation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges and create competitive advantage.

- Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and technology investments with enterprise objectives, business priorities, and long-term organizational growth.

· Design & build AI-enabled solutions and applications including data ingestion, model training, evaluation and deployment. · Architect cloud-based AI/ML and GenAI resources (compute, storage, AI services) based on solution requirements and use cases.

· Align with enterprise architecture & cloud strategy:



follow patterns defined by the ICT global & regional AI hub; reuse shared capabilities such as vector databases and orchestrators.

· Strong experience managing and configuring build agents.

· Hands-on experience using AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

· Exposure in Python, including ML and data libraries ie, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas).

· Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and AI/ML Ops practices.

· Strong Experience to Generative AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, prompt engineering, or RAG-based systems.

· Strong Experience with agent‑based or multi‑step AI workflows (e.g., tool calling, orchestration, reasoning loops) at a conceptual or prototype level.

· Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS).

· Experience with structured and semi‑structured data using vector databases and/or cloud storage.

· Understanding of core ML concepts, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders, enterprise architects, data scientists, ICT teams, product owners, vendors, and external technology partners to drive AI adoption and business value.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation,



and consulting skills, with the ability to articulate AI concepts, solution architectures, and business benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Customer-focused and outcome-driven mindset with the ability to balance innovation, business value, scalability, security, responsible AI, and operational excellence.

· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, API-based integrations, data platforms, MLOps, AI governance, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

· Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and modern AI application architectures.

· Experience designing scalable, secure, and reusable AI solutions leveraging cloud-native services, Microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

· Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI principles to ensure compliant and trustworthy AI solutions.

· Highly organized with excellent planning, prioritization, execution, and multitasking capabilities in delivering multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

· Solid leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and foster collaboration across cross-functional and global teams.

· Adaptable, resilient, and capable of leading AI-driven digital transformation initiatives in complex and rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
