AI Associate Product Manager (AI APM)

1. As an AI Associate Product Manager (AI APM) at Classplus, you’ll drive the roadmap and execution of AI-powered product experiences focused on growth, engagement, and user success.
2. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify real user problems and solve them using AI-first thinking, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
3. Own and improve key product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention,



and learning outcomes through AI-enabled features and workflows.
4. Dive deep into user behavior, funnels, and product usage patterns using MySQL, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
5. Collaborate on building AI-native experiences using tools and models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, and other LLM ecosystems to improve user journeys, personalization, and internal productivity.
6. Work on solving meaningful problems for Bharat users across tier 2 and tier 3 cities, understanding their aspirations, behavior patterns, language preferences, and learning needs.
7. Run rapid product experiments and iterate quickly to unlock scalable product growth and improve user experience.
8. Benchmark AI product experiences, onboarding journeys, and engagement patterns across global consumer products and emerging AI-first platforms.
9. Write clear and thoughtful Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), experiment plans, and user problem statements.
10. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams to ship high-impact AI-driven product features with speed and ownership. You Should Apply If You:
11. Have 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Growth, AI Products, or related roles in B2C, SaaS, consumer internet, or startup environments.
12. Are highly comfortable working with data and possess strong hands-on skills in MySQL for funnel analysis, user behavior tracking, and decision-making.
13. Have worked with AI tools, LLMs, or AI workflows, especially platforms/models like Claude, GPT, Gemini,



or similar ecosystems.
14. Are excited about building AI-powered experiences and understand how AI can improve onboarding, engagement, personalization, and operational efficiency.
15. Have strong problem-solving abilities and enjoy breaking down ambiguous user problems into scalable product solutions.
16. Are passionate about solving real-world problems for users from tier 2 and tier 3 Bharat and deeply empathize with their needs and aspirations.
17. Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, zero-handholding environments where speed and execution matter.
18. Are curious, experimental, and continuously explore new AI tools, workflows, and product experiences.
19. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can work effectively across cross-functional teams.
20. Have a builder mindset and enjoy taking ideas from problem statements to shipped product experiences.
