Job Summary

Angler is looking for an AI-Powered Content & Social Media Specialist who can combine strong content-writing skills with social media, digital marketing and AI tools to improve our online visibility and generate business opportunities.

The role is not limited to writing and posting content. The person will be responsible for understanding our products/services, identifying the right audience, creating engaging content, promoting it across digital channels, tracking performance and continuously improving content to support brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
- Develop content around Angler's products, services, solutions, industries and customer pain points.
- Research industry trends, competitors, customer requirements and relevant topics.
- Convert technical/product information into simple, customer-friendly business content.
- Edit, proofread and maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging.

2. Social Media Management

- Plan and maintain a monthly Social Media & Content Calendar.
- Create and publish relevant content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other suitable platforms.
- Develop LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-video/reel concepts, polls, customer-focused posts and industry insights.




- Monitor engagement, comments, trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and follower quality.

3. AI-Powered Content & Marketing

- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, repurposing and analysis.
- Convert one content asset into multiple formats such as:
- Blog → LinkedIn posts
- Blog → Carousel
- Product information → Short video script
- Webinar → Multiple social posts
- Customer questions → Content topics
- Use AI to improve productivity while ensuring human review, originality, accuracy and brand quality.

4. SEO & Website Growth

- Perform basic keyword and topic research.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
- Work with the web/marketing team to improve website pages and landing-page content.
- Track basic website traffic, search performance and content-driven enquiries.

5. Business & Lead Generation Support

- Understand Angler's target industries, customer segments and value propositions.
- Create content with a clear business objective — awareness, engagement, enquiry or lead generation.




- Support campaigns for products/services by developing appropriate content and digital assets.
- Identify content topics that can attract potential customers and decision-makers.
- Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to understand market feedback and create content addressing customer pain points.
- Support email campaigns and other outbound/inbound marketing initiatives when required.

6. Performance Tracking

Track and report basic monthly metrics such as:

- Content reach and engagement
- Website traffic
- Social-media growth
- Content performance
- Enquiries generated
- Leads generated through campaigns/content
- Best-performing topics and formats

Use these insights to recommend what content should be created more, less or differently.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong content-writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and basic SEO.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT / Generative AI tools.
- Ability to research and understand new industries/products quickly.
- Ability to convert technical/business information into simple and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.
- Basic understanding of website and social-media analytics.
- Strong ownership, creativity and willingness to experiment

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
