Were Hiring: AI Engineer | GenAI & GCP

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Pune Hyderabad

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and build production-grade GenAI and ML services on GCP. This is a purely technical role with strong ownership across design, development, deployment, and operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in Python and backend engineering

Hands-on experience with GCP – Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager & Cloud Monitoring

Experience building LLM applications, APIs, Microservices & Distributed Systems

Strong expertise in RAG systems, especially Hybrid RAG (Dense + Sparse), reranking and retrieval pipelines

Experience with Vector Databases, embedding pipelines,



indexing & performance tuning

Hands-on experience with Graph Databases, GraphRAG, Entity Linking & Multi-hop Retrieval

Experience in Agentic / Multi-Agent Orchestration – Planner-Executor, Tool Routing & Specialist Agents

Knowledge of MCP-style tool connectivity and enterprise API/data integrations

Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, evaluation frameworks, observability, tracing & prompt/version management

Robust experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC & CI/CD

Strong understanding of IAM, Security, Secrets Management, PII Handling & Responsible AI
