AI Educator, Part-time, Remote

We are building AI-native learning systems, and we want someone who is doing the actual teaching while we build them.

You would teach children online, one to one. They are based in the US, so you need to be fluent and comfortable in English, and able to hold a natural conversation with an American child. Not one fixed subject. The point is to work out what genuinely helps them learn now that AI can answer almost anything, and to use these tools properly while you do it.

What you learn from those sessions goes straight into the learning products we are building. You would be the person telling us what actually works with a real child in front of you, and helping shape how our AI tutors teach thousands more.

This is not about bolting a chatbot onto a textbook.

What you'll do

- Teach children in regular online sessions, using AI tools as a real part of how you teach
- Work out what holds their attention, what loses it, and what makes something finally click
- Feed that back into how our AI tutors teach: the flow of a lesson, what happens when a child gets something wrong twice, when to push and when to back off




- Help shape the curriculum behind our learning products
- Work with our engineers to test learning experiences and tell us honestly when they are not positive enough.

What we're looking for

- You are good with children and you enjoy it. This is most of the job.
- Fluent, confident English. You will be teaching children in the US, so clear spoken communication matters.
- You can explain hard things simply.
- You actually use AI tools and know where they help and where they fall apart.
- You have a real opinion about how education should change now that AI exists.
