AI & Automation Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AI & Automation Executive to design, develop, and implement automation solutions while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and build intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify manual and repetitive business processes suitable for automation.
- Develop automation solutions using Python, SQL, VBA, Power Query,Mongo DB and other automation tools.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, report generation, and file processing (ETL).
- Build and maintain automated Excel reports and dashboards.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs (e.g., OpenAI APIs) wherever applicable.
- Create AI-assisted workflows for document processing, report generation, email automation, and knowledge management.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and enhance existing automation scripts and AI workflows.
- Document automation processes, AI solutions, and provide user training when required.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of Python (Pandas, OpenPyXL, scripting, automation).
- Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, aggregations, updates, stored procedures).
- Advanced Excel including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/Macros, and report automation.
- Experience with ETL processes and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar Generative AI platforms.
- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI API).
- Exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in automation, AI, reporting, or process improvement.
- Experience with Generative AI, workflow automation, or AI-assisted business solutions is preferred.
