We are looking for candidates for the post of AI Developer specializing in Claude designs, builds, and scales intelligent applications, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines using Anthropic's Claude models, toolsets like Claude Code, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI Agents: Design autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows, orchestration loops, and custom Claude Skills to automate complex, end-to-end tasks.

- API & Model Integration: Integrate Anthropic’s Claude APIs into web applications, internal tools, and legacy systems.

- Prompt Engineering & RAG: Write, test, and refine advanced system prompts and context-augmented retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines connected to vector databases.

- System Optimization: Monitor production metrics like token usage, context window limits, latency, and cost-to-performance tradeoffs

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,763.13 per month
