About the Role

We are building a next-generation AI-powered business management platform designed to help businesses operate smarter, more transparently, and efficiently.

We are looking for an ambitious AI App Builder / Full-Stack Developer who can turn product ideas into working, scalable applications.

You will work closely with the founder and product team to build dashboards, mobile/web applications, AI-powered features, business intelligence tools, employee systems, automation, and real-time operational modules.

What You'll Work On

- Build modern web and mobile applications
- Develop AI-powered features and automation
- Create interactive dashboards and business analytics
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party services
- Build real-time data and notification systems
- Develop employee, operations, inventory and workflow modules
- Design and connect scalable backend APIs and databases
- Integrate authentication, payments and external APIs
- Convert Figma/UI concepts into functional products
- Improve application performance, security and scalability
- Test, debug and continuously improve the product

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of React / Next.js or similar frameworks
- Experience with Node.js / Python or equivalent backend technologies
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Experience building responsive web applications

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub




- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and move quickly from idea → prototype → working product

AI Skills — Advantage Experience with any of the following is a major advantage:
- OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs

- AI agents

- LLM integrations

- RAG systems

- Computer vision

- AI automation
- Speech-to-text / text-to-speech
- AI analytics and predictive systems
